The Property and Liability Programs are the foundation of ASCIP’s services to its members, offering broad and comprehensive first and third party coverage.
Property Program
The ASCIP Property Program protects members from the risk of direct physical loss or damage to Property (real and personal), Boiler and Machinery and computer equipment losses, also known as Electronic Data Processing (EDP) equipment. Builder’s Risk, as related to construction, modernization, alteration, renovation or repair, is also included.
Liability Program
The ASCIP Liability Program provides defense and indemnification for third party claims for damages arising out of bodily injury or property damage.

Cyber-Liability
An insurance program, which provides property and liability coverage (subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the Memorandum of Coverage) for Cyber losses including loss of confidential records, such as PII (Personally Identifiable Information). This extensive coverage is provided to our members without charge; however, each member must complete an application to obtain the Cyber coverage.
This insurance covers:
- Privacy Liability
- Security Liability
- Multimedia Liability
- Privacy, Regulatory Defense & Penalties
- Data Restoration
- Security Breach Response Reimbursement
- Payment Card Industry Fines
- Data Extortion
Comprehensive Crime (Employee Dishonesty)
The ASCIP Comprehensive Crime Coverage includes:
- Employee Faithful Performance Blanket Bond
- Premise Coverage
- Transit Coverage
- Depositors Forgery Coverage
Automobile Physical Damage
The ASCIP Automobile Physical Damage Program will pay for loss to a covered automobile or its equipment under two coverage areas:
- Comprehensive Coverage: From any cause except the covered automobile’s collision with another object.
- Collision Coverage: Caused by the covered automobiles’ collision with another object.
