Coverage up to Statutory Limits
Claims administration services included for the life-of-the-claim regardless of the retention level selected.

- Adjuster caseloads of 130 files maximum
- “Day of Injury” triage services
- Regular file reviews

*Coverage for 132(a) and 4553 claims defense is limited to $10,000 per claim, subject to a $100,000 aggregate per district.
ASCIP offers a variety of funding options. Members may elect to be fully insured through dollar one coverage, or elect a self insured retention (SIR). Options include:

- $150,000 SIR
- $250,000 SIR
- $350,000 SIR
- $500,000 SIR
