The permission forms process, enforcing approval policies, and confirming receipt of forms can be an administrative burden for school districts. Moreover, school districts expose themselves to liability when forms are not stored properly or cannot be retrieved when necessary.
Over the past 8 months, three member districts have participated in an ASCIP-sponsored pilot of Permission Click, a digital forms solution. Permission Click allows districts to securely collect, store, and retrieve field trip forms and other permission forms. Through Permission Click, staff can complete pre-loaded permission form templates, obtain approval, and send the forms to parents electronically. This flexible solution allows members to digitize any type of district form allowing this resource to be utilized across every department in your district.
ASCIP will be sharing the results of the pilot project and previewing the Permission Click platform. Come learn how Permission Click can increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and reduce liability for your district.
