This interactive Roundtable will discuss how to manage Workers’ Compensation and Disability/Return to Work situations.  We will identify current obstacles and exposures often faced by employers when addressing overlapping disabilities.  The discussion will also focus on avoiding disability discrimination and retaliation claims that often arise from the improper handling of injured employees.  Tips will be provided for successfully integrating employees back into the workplace; safely, timely, and properly.
