Aligning educational and law enforcement mandates during Title IX investigations can be challenging. Title IX and law enforcement experts have partnered to present strategies and protocols to support effective and thorough investigation in your districts. A panel will focus on methods to enhance procedural processes relative to discipline, criminal investigations and arrests that may occur on school campuses. The aim is to encourage and advance discussions in districts about the role of law enforcement personnel on school campuses and ways to support campus safety.
