This class is designed to teach basic security awareness skills, with an emphasis on identifying andcountering surveillance and covert electronic devices linked to sexual assault and exploitation. Wealso provide visual examples and information on identifying covert recording devices. This will helpattendees understand their prevalence and the connection to predatory behaviors on social media.Attendees will leave this course with an increased awareness of strategies to recognize and preventpotential abuse while gaining insights into various surveillance techniques needed to protect boththe district from litigation and the privacy of students and staff in the digital age.
