During this Roundtable discussion led by attorney, Kristine Kwong, participants will be discussing all of the exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, legal liability for erroneous misclassification of employees, and distinction between classifying a worker as an employee or independent contractor.  Lunch will be provided by ASCIP!  So come with your appetites and share your experiences, ask your questions and enjoy the lively lunch-time interaction with your colleagues.
