This will be a one hour seminar led by attorney, Kristine Kwong, addressing FEHA complaints, disability accomodationas whether injuries arise from workers’ compensation claims or personal health issues and the interactive process.  There will be time for general discussion along with questions and answers.  Human Resource professionals are encouraged to come prepared to discuss current issues and how to appropriately handle them.
