Learn the basics on how to conduct an internal investigation for harassment, discrimination, retaliation or employee misconduct matters. Presenter will discuss when an investigation should be started, how to select the right investigator, the parameters of an investigation, how the employee’s union rights are implicated, how to make factual findings based on real facts, and analyzing the appropriate degree of employee discipline. Come prepared to discuss your most challenging scenarios to work through during the roundtable.
