Join us to learn how to reduce compensation and increase employee productivity by implementing and properly managing a transitional Return to Work Program; understand what constitutes a “timely good-faith interactive process” and how to document your activities; and receive information on what an IIPP is, how it works, and how to manage a successful IIPP.
