Please join us for a two-part, moderated panel discussion. The panel will include human resources, claims, medical, investigative, and legal professionals. Part one will focus on the early part of the claim. Emphasis will be placed on the steps to take before an injury occurs, the post-injury medical and disability management process.  Part two will focus on the litigation process, accommodation issues, and the interactive process.
